The Fate We Created

"There were silent cries as their branches fell through the ascending embers of the forest floor, the eyes of the ones at peace pry open to watch their doppelgänger turn black as time repeats once more and sparks the flames of fate."

As we were looking for the location to shoot we stumbled across a sign that mentioned that the site was a burial ground from soldiers in the 1700's, with this in mind, this poem brings two truth's together of the location being a literal burial ground for humans, and also for the forest's trees that continue to be burned down and replanted for our needs.
